I've never known toilet breaks to play such a key role in the outcome of Grand Tour
Miriam has gone back to calling him Tom poomoulin. We weren't allowed yesterday.
Start times for the TT
159 Tom Dumoulin (Ned) Team Sunweb 16:47:00
160 Thibaut Pinot (Fra) FDJ 16:50:00
161 Vincenzo Nibali (Ita) Bahrain-Merida 16:53:00
162 Nairo Quintana (Col) Movistar Team 16:56:00
They're local times so that would mean 15:47 for Mr Dumoulin.
I used up my final five transfers for this TT. Hope that's enough to overhaul you in the final fantasy league standings Will!
Useful to know :)
I'm just finalising my team (got 15 minutes before cut-off).
According to my extensive scenario modelling I think I am safe...
Could be an interesting final result. Would love Pinot to get the win.
That's got to be worth a tenner at 14/1?
Wrong thread but...
Bet @Graham is having a right grump tonight...
no. i'm really happy for tom poomoulin.
Miriam was proper happy to know he'd won.
So other than having one mountain stage on one of my monitors at work, I completely missed the Giro (apart from seeing tweets about poo stops and some more stuff about motozzzzzzzzzz zzzzzz).
Anyone got a link for a "what the eff happened in the Giro" highlights package?
Watch his "How The Race Was Won" summaries for the entire race in 20 minutes.
Pity you missed it, it was a good one. I am having withdrawal symptoms.
Eurosport did a good 1 hour summary if you can get on that somehow.
Final stage not part of the playlist, but it is on their channel.
That was good!
The Giro? Yeah, it was good.
Time to move on tho.
