That's obviously wrong.
Check the calibration of your equipment.
Nah, I'm just shit
Mine is 180 w and 127 BPM.
My test was very sloppy.
I reckon I'm tired from the weekend
Never refer to a "big fan" as it. The term hurts their feelings.
They have feelings??
Is that yours Damo?
Sounds a bit low for you Dov. Is that using an actual power meter?
Yeah. It's legit.
I had 2 power meters on! One in the turbo and one in my crank.
LOL - double shit
Was yours not 300+ last year?
Yeah. 317 after Cent Cols
I do think I'm tired though and if I tested after a rest week I'd be somewhere closer to 290
Yeah, you should give yourself a couple of days off and do it again - there is also such a thing as 'being good at doing tests' and you'll probably pace yourself better.
Mine was ~300w last year. Sigh. Good times. RIP in peace, sweet watts.
How much did you weigh at 300w?
Moderate Cat 4.
Didn't the horn produce 450?
I think you'd break 300.
Fucking hell. I can peak 450. or I could.
There's an official CSG 20-minute FTP segment if you want a real-world test.
It's designed to run into Shire Lane if you're still going full beans at that point.
I peaked at 323w FTP.
If I had got down to 80kg I would have been around 4w/k
Tbf I think I'm good at testing.
